When Carol worked at Edgecumbe, the site had a group of internal auditors to help us meet the requirements for our customers and the ISO Quality Standards . A regular internal audit programme was in place and Carol was a key part of the audit team.
Carol was always well prepared , objective & thorough in her approach. She went through the requirements in detail comparing what we were doing with what the standard required.
